| The dictionary defines a “Pedestal” as; An architectural support or base for a column or statue; A support or foundation; A position of high regard or adoration.
We like to consider them a “stage”. No matter how beautiful or unusual the item, it can become lost without a stage. A pedestal is just the thing to display your treasure above the “crowd” and give them a place to perform.
