The email will have a box you select that is titled "Reset your password"  Select this box and it will allow you to enter and confirm a new password.

When your order is imported into our system you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your transaction.

Absolutely. Our customer service representatives are available to take your order by phone during customer service hours which are Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm est. If you would like to place an order by phone outside of customer service hours just send a quick email to sales@ironaccents.com with your name, phone number and the product or products you are interested in purchasing. We will give you a call the following business day.

In stock Items:

In-Stock orders may be canceled penalty free within 24 hours of your purchase.  We are not able process cancellations once your item has been processed and packaged for shipping.

Pre Orders:

Pre-orders may be cancelled penalty free up until they are processing to ship. We are not able process cancellations once your item has been processed and packaged for shipping. 

Made to order products:

Items that are made to order and customized to your specifications such as finish, fabric, mosaic design, etc. can-not be cancelled after 48 hours and are not returnable.  When you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer at which point we are obligated to purchase the products ordered.

We also accept personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks. At this time, we do not offer C.O.D. or net terms. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 charge for handling. All orders that are paid for by check or money order must be paid in full when the order is placed.  Orders will not be processed or ship until checks have cleared.

Our website does not store credit card information so credit cards are charged when you place your order. 

Many of the products we carry are shipped from our warehouse and are either in stock or will be brought into stock. Others ship directly from the manufacturer.  When we confirm your order we will give you an estimated ship date. If you need to cancel your order for any reason please contact us and we will refund your money.  

Please note - Made to order items:

As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer at which point we are obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, Iron Accents is not generally able to accept changes or cancellations after a 48 hour period without consulting the manufacturer. If you want to cancel your order before it ships and we are able to cancel the order without penalty from our manufacturer, you will not be charged a restocking fee. If the manufacturer imposes a restock fee and you decide to cancel the order, the restock fee will be deducted from your payment when we process your refund.

We are able to ship many of our products to Hawaii and Alaska however our included standard shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur additional charges. Those charges are dependent on the weight or special handling requirements.

We are not currently set up to ship our great wrought iron and home accessories outside of the USA - but we are working on it.   

If there is something you are really interested in please email us we will do our best to get you a shipping quote.  Or If you have your own Federal Express or UPS account let us know we may be able to ship on it for you.

We currently collect sales tax if you are located in the same state that we do business in, which is Georgia.

As the sales tax laws change and our company grows this will change.

Ground Delivery

Shipping rates based on product weight and dimensions are calculated into the price of the product. Some items also have large and oversize fees included in the price as well.  To cover UPS residential, fuel and insurance charges all orders < 100.00 will have a $8.95 handling charge added to them.

Truck Delivery

In order to keep shipping charges as low as possible our standard freight service is curbside only. The truck line's delivery obligation is to bring the shipment to the address of record. These items will be unloaded by the driver to the driveway of your home or entryway of your apartment building. Items difficult to move from the truck to your driveway or entryway may require your assistance. 

Please be sure to measure all doors, elevators, and stairways. Delivery fees, both ways are non-refundable should merchandise not fit.

Premium Truck Service: Any service beyond this, such as lift gates, offloading the boxes or bringing it to your door or lobby, may entail additional charges which if not pre-arranged you will have to pay to the trucking company yourself.  These optional delivery services are available depending on your area. In order to offer the most complete selection of wrought iron furniture and accessories, Iron Accents offers products from a variety of manufacturers. Order procedures, shipping and delivery times can vary with each of these manufacturers.  Because of this variety of options and quantity of items available - stock status can not be shown online. Instead, each product on our site has a link called "Shipping". Clicking on this link will give you an Estimated delivery time on that item. If you have a time sensitive requirement, please call us. We will do out best to work with you however we can. 

Once you place an order through our shopping cart or over the phone, you will receive an email confirmation from us. This confirmation will also state the estimated shipping time on the product/s you have ordered.

Please keep in mind that the delivery time frames we give you are the "estimated" shipping times we are given by each manufacturer. Unfortunately, manufacturer order processing and delivery can vary and orders can be subject to unanticipated delays, so we are not able to guarantee shipping times. We do guarantee that we will keep in touch with both you and the manufacturer and notify you immediately if we learn of any delays.

When your order ships you will be provided with a tracking or pro number and the name of the shipping company.  All small items will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service.

All large or heavy items will be shipped via common freight carrier. In these cases, you will be contacted by the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment. If you would like to track the progress of your shipment, feel free to contact us at 866-GET-IRON (438-4766)

Damaged or defective shipments must be reported immediately!

We work hard to package your orders securely, accurately, and completely. But, it is an unfortunate fact that, once in a while, products may get damaged in transit. If your parcel is one of those accidents, please follow the steps below to ensure a quick and efficient replacement.

If your order arrives and you see that there is obvious, visible damage, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. Do not accept or sign for the shipment. We will have the manufacturer send a replacement and we will handle the shipping issues on our end. Typically, these replacement orders take much less time than the original order.

If you do not see any visible damage on the outside of the package, please open the cartons and inspect your shipment. Do not sign for truck deliveries until you have inspected the shipment. If the driver will not wait for you to examine the shipment write on the bill of lading "Driver would not allow inspection" or do not sign for it.

If your shipment was delivered while you were out or you find your product has been damaged after you unpack it, please notify us immediately.  We will need you to submit photos of the product damage as well as the packaging in order to initiate a damage claim with the shipping company.  Be sure to keep the box and all packaging materials because they may be needed for the claim.  If you dispose of the packaging material we will be unable to complete a damage claim or to process a replacement or a refund.

Shipping companies require that we contact them with in 7 days on any damaged shipment - So we must be notified immediately to be able to file a claim. Once you have notified us we will have the manufacturer send a replacement and we handle the shipping issues on our end. Any damaged items and all packaging material related to them must be retained for inspection. 

** Damaged shipments are eligible for replacement only. If you decide you do not want a replacement, you can return the item under our standard return policy.  

While the features of "UPS My Choice" may seem attractive allowing you to get real time delivery notifications and  re-route or re-schedule packages their is a catch.  

If you read their "Terms & Conditions" specifically sections 7 and 8 you will see that you are basically relieving them of any liability for loss or damage as well as releasing both them and the shipper from any obligation to refund or reship your order.  We have had first hand experience with this.  And want all of our customers to know.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR UPS MY CHOICE!

If you do and your package is lost or damaged we will not be able to get reimbursement for you. This is a LOT to give up for the convenience of delivery notification.

We hope you love your selections, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items for a refund of the merchandise value less actual shipping within 15 days of delivery.  

Is My Item Returnable?

Not every item on our site is eligible for a return. You can find out if your item is eligible on the item’s product detail page under the “Shipping & Returns” heading.

IN GENERAL, we also do not accept returns on:

• Wired or assembled products

• Drapery brackets, rods - rings and accessories

• Made to order items including furniture and mosaics

• Used items or items without original packaging

• Altered items (repainted, refinished, cut, etc.)

• Clearance items or gift cards

Some manufacturers charge a restock fee on returns.

How Do I Return My Item?

If you are returning an item, please keep your item’s original packaging and request a return immediately to receive a Return Authorization (RA#). You may obtain an RA by contacting Customer Service by email at info@ironaccents.com or by telephone at 866-438-4766. Once you have an RMA it is good for 10 days, so please be sure to ship the product back in a timely manner. We reserve the right to refuse any unapproved return and any return that is not received in our warehouse within the noted receive by date.

Products must be in original factory-new condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories. Any return received damaged or missing pieces will not be accepted.  Your RA will have directions and the address to return your item.

Please ship your order back prepaid and insured via UPS or Federal Express if possible. We have found from past experience that if you package is shipped Parcel Post and damaged or lost you will have a more difficult time getting a claim paid.

If your item shipped via a truck line, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We can help you with this process, but in most cases, your actual costs of shipping back to us will be higher than your outbound shipping. This is because we do not charge you the full amount of our actual cost for outbound shipping. 

If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions or returns from such customers at any time.

Refused Shipments

In the event that a shipment is refused upon delivery, without prior authorization or under circumstances outside of the exceptions listed in our [Return Policy], the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the refused shipment. This policy is necessary to cover the logistics and fees incurred by Iron Accents during the shipping and return process. The specifics of these charges are as follows:

Shipping Charges: The initial shipping charges incurred for the delivery attempt will not be refunded. This applies to all orders, including those that qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase. The actual cost of shipping, as determined by our carrier agreements, will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

Return Shipping Charges: In addition to the initial shipping costs, customers will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. These charges will be calculated based on the carrier's rates for shipping the items back to our warehouse or the original manufacturer, as applicable.

Manufacturer Restock Fees: For products returned to the manufacturer, a restocking fee may be applied by the manufacturer. The amount of this fee varies by product and manufacturer. Iron Accents will deduct the manufacturer's restocking fee from the refund or credit owed to the customer. The specific restocking fee applicable to the refused item will be communicated to the customer upon processing the return.

Refund Processing: After deducting the shipping charges (both to the customer and for the return), as well as any applicable manufacturer restocking fees, the remainder of the original purchase price will be refunded to the customer. This refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was made, unless otherwise specified or arranged.

Exceptions: Iron Accents reserves the right to waive any of these fees under certain circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions may include, but are not limited to, defective products, incorrect shipments, or other errors on our part.

Customers are encouraged to review our [Return Policy] and contact Iron Accents Customer Service before refusing delivery of any shipment. This can often provide a more satisfactory resolution to any issues that may arise.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). As soon as credit is applied to your account you will receive an email letting you know.

Yes! A wish list is a great place to place products that have caught your eye,that you considering for purchase or would like to get a bit more information on. To add an item to a wish list select the heart symbol beneath the add to cart button.  To save your wish list you must create an account with a username and password and then you can keep on coming back and admiring your choices. This same login may be used to place your order, see order status and track your order.

Often, yes. Many of our manufacturers and artisans provide fabric swatches, wood samples and finish samples that can help give guidance on your purchase. If samples are available there will be a link from the page showing the options.  These samples can then be purchased and shipped to you.  The cost of the samples will be refunded upon their return. We are also always available to chat about these options to help you come up with the best solution for your space.
