A Bar table is generally about 40-42" in height designed for small spaces and intimate dining. Also known as a Pub Table these high tops are a bit taller than the 34-36" high counter height tables and are designed to comfortably seat and serve two to three people. Perfect for bars and game rooms. Many of our lines allow you to select the base only and choose a top that best suits your environment; others are sold as a full table - base and top are a single item. Tops usually range from 30 inches to 36" in diameter.
A counter-height table, sometimes called a "High Dining" table is usually 34-36" inches high, falling between a standard 28-30" high dining table and 40-42" high bar table. Smaller in visual footprint and shorter in stature than bar tables, Counter height tables are typically paired with counter stools. Versatile and functional as work spaces, as well.
