Custom Made to Order - Here in the USA
Each rod has the finials welded to one or both ends, and comes in interconnecting sections for easy handling and to minimize shipping charges. All rods will be the same diameter for the length specified. You specify the exact length. Rods will have minor visible seams where interconnected, but no lips as with an adjustable rod. We locate seams at bracket locations to further minimize their appearance, unlike adjustable rods. Also, you may specify the seam location preferences up to 45" spacing between the seams. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Otherwise, seams will be equally spaced apart between brackets up to 45". We allow 1-1/2" from the center of the outer bracket to the base of the finials. Brackets are ordered separately and you select the type of mounting system (wall, ceiling or inside). For wall brackets, available projections are: 1-1/2",3" or 6". You may choose regular strength brackets, heavy-duty brackets or double rod brackets. We also offer inside mount brackets and ceiling mount brackets. By having your rod custom sized, you get easy installation as all parts are factory cut and finished. All measurements are from finial base to finial base.
Shipping: This exciting line of drapery hardware, inspired by 18th and 19th century European iron works, is hand crafted and hand finished to order. Drapery rings and brackets are normally in stock in black & brown and ship in 3-5 days. All other items will ship in 7-14 business days.
Cancellations / Returns: Since each piece of drapery hardware is made exclusively for you when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns. We guarantee a beautiful, quality product every time, but if you change your mind and decide our drapery hardware is not for you, you have the option to change or cancel your order within 48 hours of receiving your acknowledgement.

Drapery Rush Program
For guaranteed drapery hardware production times, request a RUSH at time of order. We will expedite your order through the factory and make every possible effort to insure your drapery hardware order is shipped on time or sooner.Additional fees are as follows, subject to a $25.00 minimum rush fee:
7 Day Rush Shipment in 7 workdays or sooner - add 15%
5 Day Rush Shipment in 5 workdays or sooner - add 30%
3 Day Rush Shipment in 3 workdays or sooner - add 45%
Should a rush order run late, we will pay for UPS air as necessary to make up the delay so you will receive your order on time. For example, if you place the order on a 7 day rush , and we run 1 day late; so we send the order by 3rd day air if you requested ground, 2nd day air if you requested 3rd day, and overnight if you requested 2nd day.
Should we miss our due date and not be able to make up the lost time by accelerating the transit times, then our guarantee is a full refund of the Rush fees for your drapery hardware and no charge for freight. No other allowances or deductions may be claimed.
